Suggested upgrades include: pre-ceremony refreshment table at ceremony site with fresh fruit nibbles and cucumber/lemon water for your guest’s enjoyment, market umbrellas.
Please note: etiquette dictates that wedding presents should be sent in advance of the wedding day ideally. If , however, you feel your guests will bring presents, we strongly advise you to have a gift attendant at the reception , where your gift table will be. Ocean View Beach Club will provide a gift table at the reception site for you.

CATERING SERVICES
Rod Houck Presents, LLC and Ocean View Beach Club pride themselves on the highest-standard, full service caterers. We offer fully staffed buffet dinner or elegant sit down dinner service. These seasoned professionals specialize in customization. If you wish to add to our packages, we will arrange an appointment with our caterer who will be happy to detail a custom proposal for you. Additional fees beyond our packages will apply. Our caterers realize that being a caterer is more than just providing good food for an event– the food must be exceptional and the service impeccable. They will take care of your set up of the ceremony and reception areas, provide parking attendants (not valet), coordinate the timeline with the DJ or band and coordinator, decorate buffet tables, buss, cut and serve your cake, provide all breakdown and clean up.
(Client is responsible for removing any and all decorations of any kind. A $250.00 charge will be applied if client fails to comply).

BEVERAGE PACKAGE
Partial Bar set up includes: portable bar unit, bartender, all ice, cups, assorted soft drinks, mineral waters and choice of Brewed Tropical Iced Tea or Fresh Basil-Nectarine Lemonade. Caterer will also chill and serve any client-supplied wine, beer and champagne or they can make arrangements to order your alcohol. There is no corkage fee.
